THE OPPORTUNITY

Your property.
A new destination.

A charging stop can become a reason to visit.

For retail centers, hospitality properties, and roadside destinations, EV charging creates a new way to think about the parking spaces, amenities, and access you already offer.

Every location is different. The opportunity starts with understanding the property—and how it could fit a charging network's needs.

COMMON QUESTIONS

A little clarity
before you begin.

Does every property qualify?

No. Suitability depends on network needs, power availability, access, layout, and project economics. A promising first look does not guarantee a project.

What information should I prepare?

Start with the property address, a site plan or aerial image, ownership or management contact, approximate parking availability, and any utility information you have. Our downloadable checklist brings these together.

Is Capital Charging Tesla?

Capital Charging is a separate brand. This website does not represent Tesla or any charging network. Any proposed network participation would need to be confirmed directly.

Can you estimate cost or timing from the address alone?

An address is a starting point. Costs and timing depend on further site evaluation, utility coordination, approvals, and the specific project arrangement.
